I have an annual subscription and tried logging in after forgetting my password. However when I enter my email for recovery it says the email does not match our records. Please help me recover my account.

I have the app for the past year and a half and I have a paid subscription. Suddenly the app has stopped working. I can’t read a thing. It’s a blank screen every time I tap on an article. Please help. Before this it was working wonderfully.

It had been an wonderful collection of weekly pieces. That was a pleasurable reading. But all of a sudden that section isn’t opening at all! So, the app is basically becoming useless! Please fix it so that one could regain those beautiful reading experiences.
