Do not Buy Paid Version
Don’t go for the paid version of this software. The only genuinely good features are the creative tools, and those require separate purchases anyway. Compared to this, VN and CapCut offer much better value and performance. Honestly, Filmora’s paid version feels disappointing — you’d be better off investing in VN instead.

I buy premium version but I cannot log into my tablet total waste of money don’t buy premium it’s has no features, pro and premium same features only difference is ai credit and storage space, before buying the app the developer show that with premium license you can use the app in cross platform apple and android but when i finish my purchase i cannot access my license on android, i spent 20000/- now they don’t even clarify the problem or refund the money

Constant Crashes – Completely Unusable
I purchased this app expecting smooth AI video creation, but it never worked properly. Every time I tried generating a video, it got stuck at 47% and crashed. I’m using a high-end iPhone, so performance should not be the issue. I cleared cache, restarted the app, and tried multiple times — same result.
Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for it. Until the stability and AI rendering issues are fixed, I cannot recommend this app.

First they ask you for 999₹ per month of subscription, then when you actually start editing, it shows 200credits in subscription credits but 0 in AI credits, which means you have to purchase AI credits by paying 1,499₹ more! And nowhere have they mentioned while buying pro that we need to do this! So basically a cheating company so don’t waste your time on this! My 999₹ have been wasted and there’s no option for refund either!

Total scam by wondershare!
I recently subscribed to filmora's 7 day free trial in which it mentioned on checkout page that I won't be charged anything until free trial period has ended, but was instantly charged with the amount upon checkout. Now after initiating refund and contacting the support over so many times, they have denied the refund claiming that it doesn't fall under their policy and eventually have stopped responding over my mails. Total fraud and scam done by wondershare, pathetic system and zero accountability over their own flawed advertisement. Highly unrecommended.

Pathetic App – Waste of Money & Time
Disappointing Experience.
Filmora really falls short. The AI models are weak and consume credits with very poor results. A simple preview option before spending credits would save users a lot of frustration.
One major flaw: when using templates, the app keeps the original audio and adds the template’s audio on top — so you end up with both playing together, creating a messy final output. No option to mute or remove the original audio at all.
Cloud sync doesn’t work properly either — projects saved on Mac don’t appear on mobile, even with 10GB storage. And to top it off, customer support is practically nonexistent, even for paid users. Not worth the money until these issues are fixed.

The app promised a 3-day free trial, but my full payment was charged immediately. A free trial is supposed to let users test the service before paying, but this app clearly does not honor that. On top of that, I received no support when I tried to resolve the issue—no response, no help, nothing. Feels like a trick to take money rather than provide value. Very disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this app until this is fixed

I had high hopes for Filmora, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a 1-year Pro subscription with the expectation of getting access to all the premium features. Not only did the app fail to recognize my purchase, but it also repeatedly demanded additional payments, offering vague options like Premiere Pro and others. I found myself drowning in endless payment requests without any resolution.
The confusing interface is another issue. In a world where people are generally tech-savvy, Filmora's layout still manages to baffle and frustrate users. It feels like the developers intentionally created a convoluted system to mislead users into making extra purchases.
After each payment, instead of unlocking the editing features I needed for videos and photos, the app only pushed more "premium" and "super premium" upgrades. This relentless upselling felt deceptive and unethical, leaving me with nothing but financial regret and an app that remains non-functional for my intended use.
Overall, Filmora has been a colossal waste of time and money. My advice? Look elsewhere for a more straightforward and honest video editing solution. This app did nothing but add stress and confusion to my creative process.

Amazing to Really Bad
I’ve been a long-time user of FilmoraGo and even purchased a perpetual license because I believed in its functionality and ease of use. However, the latest update has really let me down. One of the features I relied on the most — the intelligent trim detection that used to automatically recognize where the cut was made — is now broken.
On iOS, when I trim a video now, the app no longer adjusts or snaps to the point of the cut as it used to. This has significantly impacted my workflow and made the editing process much more time-consuming and frustrating.
I hope the developers take note and release a fix soon. Until then, I can’t recommend this update for serious users who depended on that smart trimming feature.

Extremely buggy and unreliable : New update makes it even worse
I got premium version. It has good options but the app itself is very buggy. Crashes randomly, closes and freezes. The text templates you choose are ok while editing but when u render the video, they are completely deformed and out of place. Now after the update, everytime I try to add a new video to timeline, it just freezes and doesn’t respond. I am badly stuck. I had edited the video for 3 mins with a lotta effort and content. I cant just start a new project or complete this one. This is insane and unfair. I hope you guys do proper testing before releasing updates. I know you wouldn’t care about what a customer thinks, but if u do bother then I have the video recorded about these issues.

They provide very little amount of credits to use and those are not enough, like 100 credits and then out of those you first needs to pay for the templates and then it will create the video, you have to pay for template evrytime you make a video. also AI idea to video does not work on the mobile app as well as windows desktop. on desktop app it just load for 20% and then fails stating poor internet connection everytime.

Plundering Techniques
NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT.
First they give this app to you in less ( cheap ) price and as you start using they analyse what you use the most and later on asking more money to pay for using it.
They keep on asking more and more money as per your interest of use to use it.

Although your app have great features like transitions and animations effects, it still needs urgent attention and need update. I have purchased pro version which promised me of 200 AI credits but I am not able to check it as ai credit account balance is not opening. They cheat with the subscription
Couldn’t check out all the advantages of the app - it didn’t fit my purposes, so I decided to cancel the subscription. And that’s the point where the funny thing hides. Initially, when you make the subscription, the app says that you might cancel it within 3 days without any money withdrawal. In fact, the money are taken ones you start the subscription and if you cancel it there is no refund. Of course you might solve it through the Apple support, but that is not the way that it should work, right?
Overall, the app might be good, but those tricky moments ruin any trust. Be aware.

As a paid member of this app I used music from your library and got copyright strikes on Facebook. The name of the tract Sci fi Trailer Suspense. It would be better if you remove copyrighted tracts from your list as IMovie have. Furthermore addition of ducking effect on sound tract like IMovie would make long video editing interesting.

Really I think it is a fraudulent app. I downloaded it. I liked it. It looked magical. I purchased the pro version of it. I created only one animation from a picture. The next day it shows I have no credits left in my account any the app started to buy the credits again. It was a cheating. I ask this company to return my money back. I ask apple to solve this problem immediately. You should not break the trust of the customer.

Bad Experience
I recently purchased the Pro Plan, but I’m unable to log in through my iPhone. Every time I try to sign in, it either gives me an error or doesn’t let me proceed. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I paid for the service and expected a smooth experience.

I was routed to this app through Google search. I was trying to create a Vido using my late grand parents picture. It initially prompted me to purchase and gave 3 options. After paying, it said you cannot use AI feature as you baught a basic plan. When i tried cancelling

The advertising gives an impression that the outputs will closely resemble actual pictures / personalities however after trying multiple templates the pictures and the videos are far off from original and completely unuseable.

I recently downloaded this app to give it a try, as it offered a three-day trial option. During the signup process, I was required to provide payment details, which I did, trusting I could cancel before the trial ended. However, I was unexpectedly charged ₹999 for a one-month subscription, which is not part of the trial. This defeats the purpose of offering a trial period and feels misleading. There was no clear option to experience the trial as promised, and I feel this approach unfairly lures users into paying without proper consent. Great editing software, but need no or transparent watermark.
I can easily create my videos with only the non premium tools! But, they need to give an update where we can remove the watermark in the non premium version. Some software’s have that. Or just make the watermark transparent.

No option to access internal storage’s files!
While using Filmora on my Apple iPad M1, I encountered a limitation when trying to import files for editing. The software only allows me to import files from the Photos app, and there is no option to choose files from the Files app or iPad's internal storage. This significantly limits my ability to work on projects that involve files stored locally on my device.
I have tried using other video editing software on the iPad, and those applications do provide the option to select project files through the Files app (Internal Storage). Therefore, it appears that this limitation is specific to Filmora on the iPad.
Kindly fix this issue.

Using filmora for 6 months

Best application and up to date
Amazing experience and timelines are also very fast and I bought fuLL subscription, A lot of tool you can use. Filmora always update their software that is good for marketing and pubic. Good work.

It’s A Very good app for editing
It has all the features you can use to make a wonderful video or a short. Personally I think it’s one of the best apps for editing. Just one thing I don’t like about it is how expensive the pro feature is and you can only use AI video generator once.

WORST EDITING APP (UNLESS YOU HAVE LOADS OF MONEY TO WASTE)
This app only cares about money. It first told me I would be getting 3 days of free trial so I say to edit my video which took me approximately 6 hours and when I clicked on export it said I had to either pay or export with a watermark. Unbelievable! I tried many ways, nothing worked. Eventually I tried to download it on my phone and there I got 3 days trial officially, which I apparently had to claim, so I did.
Although after I claimed it, I tried to sync my windows project on my mobile and the process was so slow and limited to only 200kb and again it gave a popup asking for money to increase download speed.
This app needs loads of improvements and a proper watermark free trial for users otherwise everyone is going to straight up hate this app!

As an editor myself, I can say that I’m well known to the easy features of this app. If you’re a beginner, don’t worry! Because it’s really easy to edit in this app. I’m pretty sure all the beginners will have less difficulties to handle

Not value for money
They revise the premium subscription rates regularly & it is too high. Even after purchasing the premium version, a few features still don’t work. And the most irritating part about this app is it spoils the whole audio of your video. I usually use a good quality mic for my videos, prepare a draft on my iMovies app then add a few stickers & text on filmora. I never change any audio settings in this app but still it spoils the whole audio & you have to re-edit get the original audio from another app.

What u wannna create with this software. Automatically it just zoom the video but what for and there is no way to zoom out... rubbish I have captured something with set frame rate and this software just disturbing it.. someplaces it removing head from video and in some places it's removing leg... bad ad bad

The app is easy to use and is super convenient I love using this app because it proves that editing is fun easy and a great way to keep yourself busy and entertained. I wanted a app on iPad which contains memes for funny videos. I saw a video which was sponsored by wondershare and the boy told about it. I opened AppStore and searched wondershare. There was no wondershare. But there was FilmoraGo. I tapped on it and saw the photos. I downloaded it and my favourite thing in it was pip then stocks or gif. Thanks for making it free

I understand that you made the app one for phone & one for pc but maybe I can tell you that it's not at all comfortable for tab or ipad yes of course because it was not made for that so I suggest you to come up with that in future or maybe you can make the pc version software support on the iPad. Then it would be great to work. Still giving you high 5*.

The easiest compiling software
So,because of school work I had started to compile videos and edit them, and it was very tough, I got FilmoraGo and then did it. It became much easier, though there are 2 suggestions, I love your effects and if you could please add a few more in the free version, also, it would be a relief if you could have the option to animate text in the free version. In Filmora9, it was very difficult to install due to compatibility etc. if that can be improved.. Otherwise, thumbs up to you guys

App review
This is a really good app even when not buying the premium version of it. All the fancy apps for good quality edits like alight motion and video star etc. are very complicated and hard to understand, in this app without buying the premium version you can still make amazing edits which look pro as this app is kind of underrated. I have all these editing apps but I edit from this as this is the best editing app I have, no one can go and buy premium versions of stuff and even if they can some apps are way to complicated for one to understand, this app was so practical and I didn’t need to see any tutorials for it, so happy having a successful editing page on social media using this app.

Wasting my time and excitement also.
Its tools like In Text part are not working properly not changing color not changing fonts, we we do? Team? We only do trim the video and set the video one by one not giving any text intro text bio graphy?
Any option is not working properly,i m doing wasting my time to use this app.
Solve this issue please otherwise it is a very bad app for IOS
And in future please release the App after confirm that every options every tools every features are working properly.
