I have logged a complain on 19-July-2023 at 09:00pm and they gave me the time to resolve it till 10:50pm and will get resolve within 2hrs. But it’s 08:00am of the next day I.e. 20-July-2023 and they are still no updates of their whereabouts. It’s not bad that people abuse them or hit them. They do things to get all these rewards from people due to their own behaviour.

I have experience of using many apps of various service providers but TPL app has always given satisfactory experience. App is light enough to launch quickly and the contents are auto upgraded quite promptly. Navigation is simple and comfortable.
I request to add useful features for Roof Top Solar Systems too (Net Metering) as Solar Electricity is being installed by many TPL customers these days.

I don’t know if the load meter has a problem or the meter does not work properly. While the bill comes so high compared with other places in Mumbai.

Since last 3 times I passed through the same problem of payment gateways-return path. On the successful payment from either card or net banking the application doesn’t return to the message window for the customer. And due to that the application is still showing the payment due. However, once you register the request or complain to the Torrent Power, it will change the result after 3-4 days.
Please sort out this issue.
