When i try to register my account it says this service is not available for your account type.I am having SB account with mobile number registered in branch. I dont understand for which account type this App is developed.
SBI Quick – MISSED CALL BANKING is a new service from the Bank which involves Banking by giving a Missed Call or sending an SMS with pre-defined keywords to pre-defined mobile numbers. Available for SB/CA/Overdraft/Cash-credit/Loan accounts.
This service can only be activated for the mobile number that is registered for a particular account with the Bank.

What If I have two account numbers with the Bank with the same mobile number mentioned on both?
You can register 1 mobile number for any one of the accounts. If you want to change the mapped account number, you first need to de-register SBI Quick from the first account and then register for the second one.
Is it mandatory that the mobile number to be used for SBI Quick has to be registered with the Bank for that particular account?
Yes. If not done, visit your Home Branch and update mobile number.
Is it available for all types of Accounts?
SBI Quick is currently available for SB/CA/Overdraft/Cash-credit/Loan accounts.
Is there any limit of the number of enquiries that can be made in a day/month?
As of now there is no such restriction. Unlimited.
What are the Charges for this service?
1. The service is currently free of charge from the Bank.
2. A call for balance inquiry or mini statement will include an IVR message of 3 seconds which will be heard after 3-4 rings.
a. If you disconnect the call while ringing, no charge will be recovered from you by the service provider.
b. If you keep the call active till the IVR is played, you will be charged for these 3-4 seconds as per their mobile tariff plan.
3. Any SMS sent to 567676 e.g. for Blocking ATM Card will be charged at premium rates by your service provider.
4. Similarly, for availing the benefits of this functionality by sending an SMS (as BAL, MSTMT, REG, DREG, CAR, HOME, CHQREQ, HELP), you will be charged for SMS as per their mobile tariff plan.

I sent like a hundred messages to check my balance and get a statement
No response whatsoever
I’m aware writing a review is pointless since it’s a government bank and a government app and the developers are obviously no good.
But I’d recommend whoever reads this not to download the application and waste your space
Very good app but in most of case it’s found not working or not responding. That is due to only and only serious careless ness of SBI officials who are responsible to take care of their customers.
Being a Govt bank all employees are firmly believing that no any action will be taken by government if there are numbers of serious grievances against them. It’s also true because not a single example is there which creates a fear or to open their eye.
There is no response since last 6months to balance, mini statement,on off sms etc. Please tell weather app is active by SBI or deactivated?
Thirld class app never receive any balance enquiry message ... pool apps don't download don't waste ur time .. and ur internet
After seeing some good reviews over this app I installed it but trust me it’s the WORST APP EVER!! Doesn’t work atol

Since a few days, the missed call service for mini statement and balance enquiry aren't working as the phone no. Is switched off! Please fix the issue as soon as possible!!!

Waste of space.
In last one month there is no responses very disappointed services from a such large sector bank
I had my atm switched off using the app and then when I tried to switch it ON from sbi quick , no response is being received for the SMSes that I sent to switch the card back ON from sbi quick. Not getting any SMS responses to register/ de register/ balance/ atm on off etc. Has been two days, still unable to switch the atm On! No other platform other tha SBIquick exists to switch it back on. Please help
The app was working fine to check balance and for mini statements but now there is NO response. Nothing at all. Really sad to see a reliable app gone irrelevant.
Why I can’t register myself nd my account balance is not shown when I call nd send sms.

App was working slow but now it had stopped working from last 15 days completely on sms and missed call both nor registration is going never worked on e statement whenever opted for e statement msg shows ur email Id is not registered.

It has become defunct for the couple of months. I could not switch on my debit card after several attempts; consequently I have to get a new one issued at the expense of Rs. 354/-.
I had requested a e-statement five days ago and yet I have not received it
It is not responding currently
I used this for last 2yrs. But from today 07-02-2019 it is not responding. So I in big trouble to withdraw money from ATM.
Sometimes it works very fast and smtimes 2-3 din server down cant see the current account
I feel this is not secure.
