Using iRobot 960 for last 1.5years its does a better job than I could have done with my expensive and bulky dyson
Helps to program better
A very easy to use app and the machine itself really reduces daily cleaning work load. Easy to keep house clean.
It does have issues where it says “can’t connect to cloud” and you have no idea why that is.
At times my roomba does not follow the room sequence as instructed. This confusion has started after the update.
After the recent update, app asks to create new login details and it seems previous login doesn’t work. It recognizes the Roomba but after setup it can never connect to the Roomba for tasks, and everytime you open the app it asks you to setup again, and everytime it cannot connect to the Roomba. App is pretty useless at this point, used to be superb. Now you have to manually press Clean button and it cleans everywhere, not just the area which earlier could be specified on the app. Please undo the update iRobot!!!
I use both iRobo and Brava, and I am truely happy with their cleaning. Only issues are
1)the bin cleaning and the Brava pad washing as this task need our intervention 😊
2) Incase some part of the Robo stop working, it gets heavy on the pocket.
3)Brava leaves the dirt in the corners of the wall which overtime forms a dirty border which need our attention at least weekly once.
Apart from this, it is an excellent product and it makes sure you have a neat and clean home even while you are sleeping, working or away from home.

Worst customer service which never replies to our queries.
They are a fraud company which supplies defective products. The machine always needs assistance as it cannot detect uneven surfaces. Not user friendly as it claims.
My grievance doesn’t limit to the above as we have just given up on this brand and machine, so we have packed it and kept it aside.
Nice app. Complements your Roomba
I have roomba vac and brava m6 mop
I don’t find the option to configure vac start at custom time and then mop.
As both robots are cloud based then there should be a facility for configure vac and mop cycle as per my requirements
For starting the vac and mop, it should not woke up early to start the cycle.
Instead we should get the option to schedule vac and mop job as per my scheduled time may be at morning 5 am
Awaiting this to incorporate it in software app which should be applied to robots
Must buy, especially in lockdown. I have been using it for last 1 year. Very happy with Roomba.
Whilst the app has some very useful functions we have had issues using most of them as they do not work consistently. Most of the time the Roomba cannot start new jobs as it gives a message cloud cannot talk to Roomba. Rebooting does not help too.
It would be good if we could have a live map of where the robot is cleaning and how much it has finished.
If you could also merge the roomba and the braava map without having both the devices to map individually it would be a great feature..
Good user interface but the functions and options can be added, enhanced and improved to grow the overall home automation experience.

The app along with the cleaning robot has made our lives easier. It is easy to clean the entire house or just few selected areas whenever I see dirt around.

In today’s time of corona crisis when you are forced :not to allow out side help in home cleaning ,e Robot Rumba and Rumbi are asset for the family and maintaining cleanliness of home .A big hand and ***** to the performance .
If it enters one room it should finish the room completely and then go to the next room. Otherwise cleaning is inefficient and uses up more of battery for no reason. Please fix this bug. What is the use of making over 2 lakh calculations per second, if it does not know the boundaries of a room?
I got a very special limited time combo offer on a Roomba and a Braava jet and took it. I have not been disappointed.
When u map a few rooms in the house for cleaning, as one favourite...Roomba does not clean the selected rooms.
One of the best buys during this pandemic. Cleans amazingly well.
I7 is a good vacuum cleaner . I use it daily . The roller brushes need to be more sturdy and should last longer
Decent App, buggy navigation some times
I dnt hv to think about cleaning my house, it does its job perfectly. Schedule it and ur house is clean. I love it and I recommend it to all specially working people, oldies , if u hv small crawling baby or pets .. it cleans thoroughly.
Have been using S9 for over 6 months now. Since this is my first robot cleaner, I have been very excited and initially very impressed with the utility and quality of cleaning, however in the recent month or so, I find that it is not as effective. Not sure if it is a case of higher expectations or a case where product performance has dipped. Will continue monitoring for a few more months and hopefully it doesn’t deteriorates any further.
I’m extremely happy with the App and various other features within the App however quite honestly, I find majority of them to be an overkill for anyone with normal/regular usage.
One of the features that I certainly miss is my ability to Mark a specific area on the map where on need basis (I.e. adhoc), I can direct my Roomba to clean.
Live tracking of the robot is not available. The first room is always indicated as the room being cleaned
It looks like iRobot’s software chops aren’t up to snuff but it’s not the app alone, it’s the combination of robot software and how the app implements things. It’s adequately functional but a wasted opportunity to make the system fantastic.
Product is good but support from india (Bangalore) is pathetic
Just because of bad after sales support with no responses, I won’t be recommending this product to anyone. Any product company gets judged with its after sales support.
When we press clean button on Roomba 976 and not on the app, the roomba 976 cleans but map is unavailable. After this when I click on vaccum everywhere on the app, the roomba 976 vacuums and does its job. However map is not created and it shows that map is unavailable. Please update software on the app to show map creation from whichever mode roomba 976 is started , either directly pressing clean key or the app
1. Schedules get modified automatically at random. I had to recreate from scratch at least three times in the past 3 days
2. Lack of consistency in messages. When I select a job to be run every day, one schedule shows each week day’s name and another would say “everyday”
3. Setting follow up jobs by Braava mop keeps getting reset.
And a host of other just really buggy functionality around the scheduling bits.
There’s a issue with the latest version of app. The schedule set up is getting deleted on its own. This happened twice. Kindly look into it and provide a fix.
The new version has issues. Does not show the history for today or even if robot is stuck.
This is regarding Chennai centre we bought irobot on 23 july and it is showing problems and Irobot team is telling its not possible to do service because of covid and flu situation
Kindly reconsider before buying the product
After lot of difficulty I was able to train Roomba to cover my entire house and save it in the maps. But same is not the case with Braava. Just cannot make it go to all rooms. Tried daytime and night time with lights but it’s not going to all rooms. Please add or let me know a way with which I can share smart map created by I7 to Braava m series.
App crashes every time I try to modify the map like editing the room divider, room label or add keep out zones. Please fix this asap.
The app connected to my roomba but refuses to connect to my braava jet 300. Tried everything. Don’t know what to do
1.Can I decide total time of cleaning everyday?
2. How to tell Roomba to have more clean time for one room more ?
While it is just fantastic to have Integrated iPhone/iPad control for iRobot Roomba 980, I sincerely think that you should have done the Same thing for both types of BRAAVA too as that’s what would have been the Best part for their Abilities especially in Indian Urban Lifestyle.
I honestly hope that you will pass on that Upgrading Software & also honestly think that you will Keep Upgrading the Software version like APPLE does for Apple products.

Totally loving my roomba life! This app is the coolest thing, it shows you a map of the job done and also different stats that you may require. Bug free and user friendly.

In India there is no Alexa support , if homekit and apple watch support is given then it would be nice
