No complaints abt the music but... Sony music had released "mental manadhil" single individually and that link should have been made available within the album when it was released. Instead, the single is still available seperately under a different album name. So when i purchased the album, this particular song was downloaded "again" and i was charged again! That is a duplicate purchase as i had purchased the single seperately when that was released . Though, the iTunes customer care were kind of enough to refund the amount for the single, I believe Sony music should have been responsible with this. Not sure how many else were impacted and didnt notice it yet.

A huge AR Rahman fan of the 90s speaking here... I really loved most of the songs. However, I feel some songs were utterly complicated which could have been avoided. Sometimes, keeping songs simple and clean brings the best out of them.. Personal opinion..
one star less just because of that. Big Fan of Aye Sinamika !

The Legend has, once again given his best tunes for Mani Ratnam. The female version of Mental Manadhil sounds so refreshing!
Chithra's Malargal Kaetten is a soothing tune. Karthik's Parandhu Sella vaa takes you afloat in the air, towards the end. Kaara Aatakaara is another refreshing and peppy number.
