Hi Team I recently purchased a song from the movie Animal to use as a ringtone. The transaction was for ₹18. However, I am unable to apply the song as a ringtone, which defeats the purpose of my purchase. As the purchase is unusable, I kindly request a refund of ₹18. Its not converting to ringtone just as a song we can hear it . Neither its transferable to your ipad or any apple device nor you can use them as ringtone. Total waste.
