The legendary songwriter and producer is putting you on to what’s next

“As a producer, I love to hear new R&B blend with the classics,” Cox says. “My approach to this mix was pure feeling; all of my mixes are based on that. I am a person that lives in the spontaneity of creativity, [and] I was excited to include some of the newer records like Leon Thomas’ ‘Mutt’, Jack Freeman’s ‘MVP’ and USHER’s ‘On the Side’.” The R&B Now DJ mix is a window into the heart of R&B’s most innovative creators, so enjoy this set and check back for more one-of-a-kind mixes.
