The hip-hop powerhouses trade bars on their first collab

When it comes to the Indian hip-hop realm, New Delhi rappers Raftaar and Prabh Deep occupy quite different planes. Raftaar is gruff, heavy-hitting and powerful, whereas Deep has been philosophical and soul-searching on recent releases. Their first-ever collab, however, subverts all expectations. The duo originally intended to make a single together but they ended up with four topsy-turvy bangers for PRAA. “ABBU” explores the ethics of work—and play—while “BADNAAM” takes down the competition, “HELLO” is wildly boisterous and “TRAP PRAA” closes the EP with hypnotising melodies and lyrics.
