Seasoned composer Mani Sharma may have more than two decades of music under his belt, but his work on iSmart Shankar still sounds fresh. Action films aren’t new territory for him, and he opens with a straight-up EDM banger that introduces listeners to the titular Hyderabad hero. His flavourful electronic beats and Indian samples dominate "Zindabad Zindabad" and "Dimaak Kharaab", and he turns to qawwali tradition for "Undipo" and perfectly pumped-up closer “Bonalu".
