Celebratory anthems and love ballads share a stage

The soundtrack to the high-octane action-crime film Gang Leader is a multifaceted affair, and composer Anirudh Ravichander fuses genres together with crowd-pleasing ease. On opening track "Ra Ra (Roar of the Revengers)”, EDM sounds explode into throaty dance-floor chants, while romantic ballad "Ninnu Chuse Anandamlo" melts robotic synths into dubby subwoofer bass. However, the weighty celebration of closer "Gangu Leader” steals the show as trumpets and tablas encase riotous vocals in a festive aura.
