Another set of stunning, self-composed songs

Usually K-pop stars get tagged as the pretty figureheads to other producers' and songwriters' work, but JONGHYUN's second compilation of songs looks to change that stereotype for good. Just like 2015's The Collection: Story Op.1, JONGHYUN's Op.2 boasts a grouping of tracks entirely written and co-produced by the SHINee singer. His dramatic vocal delivery is framed beautifully here by light, lissome R&B, best heard on the TAEYEON duet "Lonely" and the staccato "Love Is So Nice".
