Rockstar is a musical love story, and A. R. Rahman's soundtrack features passionate numbers filled with intense lyrics by Irshad Kamil. The record is broad and all-encompassing, from the pastoral Punjabi of “Katiya Karun” to stirring arena rock anthems “Sadda Haq” and “Nadaan Parinde”.
